Great experience overall. The flight was on time, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was smooth from check-in to landing. Comfortable journey and I would definitely fly with them again.

@FlySafair what can I do to get someone to reply to my emails sent to help@flysafair.co.za? I sent an email on 20 March 2026 and have sent a number of follow up emails, all of which have been ignored and I have not received the courtesy of a response.

@FlySafair 58min on a call and then it gets cut off. We have a booking for 10 people, you moved your flight slot 25min earlier and the arriving airline 30min later. Now I have 5min to catch my flight and you won't refund me. You also don't have a later flight to Dbn....
