#fnb#ebucks ebucks rewards have dropped by 66% based on November 2025 rewards. No change to my banking patterns. Bad service in private banking and rewards that aren't what they used to be. #badbanking@Rb__sa its not worth it anymore. Only thing keeping me was ebucks. no longer
Wildest thing about @FNBSA is that you will get all your queries at least attended to, here on Twitter vs on the app. I was on the phone for 45mins and still no one assisted.

@nickbza@Rb__sa Have the same issue. Went from level 5 to level 3 with new rules. From earning about 20k ebucks a month to a couple hundred. Not worth banking with FNB anymore.
@nickbza@Rb__sa@FNBSA@Discovery_SA is the best. I already started moving away from @FNBSA because of service and other reasons but now I’m moving everything to them.
@nickbza@Rb__sa I have a similar issue. My ebucks level dropped to 1 and as a result they charged me, without my knowledge or approval, for my International and local Slow Lounge visits. They then sent me a standard generic reply with their terms and conditions. I’m done with @FNBSA
@Rb__sa private banking is a joke. I've 3 emails that were sent to the bankers with 0 response.
1 dated back to 2025/09/04, and today @ 10.58 still no response, the only reason I stay with fnb is ebucks but that's not really worth it anymore either. #fnb
Has everyone stopped understanding that a red traffic light means don’t go? Especially not when the other light is green but you seem to blithely think you need to get ahead? Or that your actions mean traffic jams as a result?! WTAF
