I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, there is no reason why Shang Chi, after a widely well received and successful movie, did not even appear in an MCU film for the last 5 years — how can the general audience connect with new characters when you never give them a chance

I think it’s unfortunate that Infinity War (and to a lesser degree Endgame) wound up being genuinely great and a masterpiece of the superhero genre, because it created this idea that Avengers films should bring together EVERY character in the universe instead of just the Avengers
