I’ve been on summer vacation this week so not on twitter at all, but seen the trade yesterday. I like it, but it’s not without risk due to the players AAV. Good thing is it cost basically nothing. I love Dakota Joshua the player - big body that uses it/racks up the hits and can bring some offence. He was a force in VAN’s middle-6 for their 14 playoff games just a year ago. The crux lies in whether he’s a 3rd liner or a 4th liner for the next 3 years of his contract - as a 4th liner can’t make 3.25M. But yeah, he’s exactly what this Leaf team needs on L3, and exactly what they need in a series against FLA next spring. #Bradboysummer continues. W.

@renaissant_era Hahahahaha yes Alex, Lundqvist putting up a .927 save percentage on their cup run is the same as Jumbo having 21 pts in 24 gamesand Marleau having 13 in 24. Jumbos production fell off a cliff in the playoffs, that’s what the stats buck up.
