@Im_RobM Rob he’s had a very poor half which ended with him doing fantastic & creating a chance Osula should have buried. I think just general basics no matter the position he could have done better on. Hes a player who relies on his touch & control and that’s not been good enough so far

@jaack_NUFC @Im_RobM Nah I loved it with the passion. Done absolutely brilliant. Held the ball the ideal amount of time. But the previous 42 mins was poor from him, that’s fair enough isn’t it? There’s not many people who want him to do well or think he’s a different class more than me

@flair_twenty @90sfootball TBF to Guivarc'h he played 4 marches, only started 2 of them and scored 1 goal. Before Dag was sacked and Gullit sold him to fund the Ferguson transfer. We've had a lot worse strikers.

@MagpieMediaX @Doddsy228904442 You do know Westerlo has a strong reputation for being a club where youngsters develop, Vuskovic went there was class, Alfie Devine went there was class, De Cuyper had 2 massively successful years there. Not all loans are successes but players do have to take some responsibility

Important to note - Shola Ameobi is not the sole reason why most #NUFC youth loans have been so poor lately. Peter Ramage has as much (if not more) input, particularly in terms of actually choosing clubs to send our talented prospects off to… He must be replaced as well. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Eddie Howe on why he benched Lewis Hall: "It's always a difficult decision because Lewis is an outstanding player and you never for any second doubt his qualities and what he can bring to the team, but I felt today for a number of reasons that Dan was the right pick in terms of height and physicality and dealing with Arsenal's threats. "Dan's never let us down in that position. He plays it very differently to Lewis. But I thought that was the right call for this game."

@arpeco74 @jordancronin_ I mean he played left back for a full season in a side that qualified for the champions league in 22/23 which also had factually the joint best defensive record in the premier league. So if you by ‘a few alright games’ you mean a full league season then that’s underplaying it

@Im_RobM @NotNUFCAirport Howe actually went to watch him coach during his time between Bournemouth and us when he was gaffer at Rayo Vallecano, there are a good few similarities with how we play and Bournemouth when at our best. Iraola granted seems more adaptable
