I'm trying to decide on a phrase to use in our reports for when an admin can set a sort-of 'sponsored search' on their intranet / employee app / other system. What would you call it?

@sammarshall 2/2 we spend a lot of time in the day job ensuring comms is easily digestible in as few seconds as possible. This was the equivalent of a ten page PDF with no exec summary and screenshots which were illegible by a bloke who turned up two hours late for the meeting.

@sammarshall It felt, when a message should have been clear and simple about what national lockdown meant, instead they led with a flurry of stats and constant reiterating it wasn’t a cock up at every stage (albeit I appreciate it’s been an unenviable scenario they’ve cocked up in)

I was appalled by the shoddy government comms tonight. Illegible graphs with unlabelled axes and unclear interpretation. You may not be able to plan WHAT the data is you will show, but you can certainly plan HOW to present it clearly.
