🚨 Alexia Moore is facing murder charges in Georgia after allegedly taking abortion pills, resulting in the live birth of her baby. She reportedly told nursing staff, “I know my infant is suffering, because I am the one who did the abortion. I want her to die.” The baby was born alive and survived for about an hour after delivery at the hospital, where Moore had admitted that she took misoprostol, one of the two substances commonly contained in abortion pills. Pro-Life establishment groups often insist that women are second victims of abortion. Georgia law says that the conduct of “any woman with respect to her unborn child” cannot be prosecuted. In other states where women have been charged with murder for taking abortion pills after their babies initially survived, defense attorneys have invoked similar Pro-Life regulations to argue against the murder charges. This case develops after Georgia Republicans refused to consider House Bill 441, which would have established equal protection of the laws for preborn babies in Georgia. Pro-Life establishment groups such as Georgia Life Alliance opposed House Bill 441.

Planned Parenthood of Illinois will pay $500,000 to end EEOC investigation over DEI-related race-based segregation, harassment, and disparate treatment. White employees were subjected to derogatory and race-based harassment during mandatory, segregated DEI trainings on a weekly basis—including messages that they “are white and do not feel racism the same way non-white patients feel" and that “white supremacy is exerted at every level of oppression (individual, interpersonal, organizational, and societal).” In addition, white employees were unlawfully denied paid time off granted to black employees. The @USEEOC is committed to fully utilizing all statutory tools to fulfill the agency’s mission of protecting every American worker from unlawful discrimination.

@sbaprolife @RepRileyMoore Interesting argument. Rather than “both and“, you go with “one first then the other”. Where have I heard that argument before? Oh that’s right! When pro-choicers say that a utopian society is needed first, and then worry about unborn humans. PL & PC always holding hands 🤝🤝🤝

@wsbtv She knew the Law, took the drug anyway then went to the hospital to have the induced miscarriage. The hospital reported it because it’s the Law. 6 wks+ fetal heartbeat. She even admitted her intent was to kill it.
