@realAFLF What's the thing he dropped that he kept reaching for? Who is the man? Why were police called to the scene? All of this context matters. If the man just killed someone and was walking around with a gun, ignoring police orders, then the shooting was justified.

She was not complying with their orders and was shot when she grabbed what was later reveled to be a pellet gun. She was declared deceased on scene.

@policelawnews Cop was a hothead, and inflamed the situation without exploring less-than-lethal options, of which, in that situation, there were many. I served 10 years as a patrol cop. LEO's like that shooter are a cancer.
