Guided by the Defence Sikh Network the @RoyalNavy is focusing on the complexities of cultural identity in the UK with its latest TV recruitment campaign, which features a Sikh Lieutenant.

The RAF has changed their hair policy to offer greater choice. Ponytails, plaits, canerows, cornrows, twists or braids, the new policy reflects our diverse Whole Force whilst continuing to uphold the excellent appearance standards expected of serving personnel. #RAFAstra
