The (in) Justice system in the UK is perpetually Anti-Black. When there was a legal challenge against the racist stop and search of Black boys the court refused to intervene stating we need to keep Black boys “safe”. Yet said “safety” is denied to a toddler.

@WheelyGoth_HQ @BeeNetwork No,because I made sure nobody got got injured by driving at a mellow pace....I am glad that I left the bus industry...it is a disgusting work environment....prior to 2008 it was much better. After the global financial crash,bus driving became dire....now,it is all rush rush rush

Yes I had a bar smack into my leg at about 10mph but I'm disabled & use a powerchair to get out the house & the driver did naff all to check i was in the wheelchair bay or if I was alright when I screamed out in pain.

I think there’s likely more going on with this postman behind the scenes—possibly some underlying personal issues that need to be addressed. I hope the employer looks into the root cause rather than going straight to dismissal, and instead considers offering support such as counselling, or at the very least checks in on his emotional wellbeing.
