When you hold them in your self custody wallet you own them and they cannot be confiscated or be stolen unless your keys are stolen. Learn to verify authentic crypto assets and store them safely in a hardware wallet. Crypto is not dependant on corporations or companies. It is open source and decentralized, COMPLETELY different from stock in a company. If you hold crypto on a company platform, a derivative, an exchange or wrapped as a stock, you dont own the crypto asset. You own an obligation from a counterparty. Some counterparties are trustworthy, others not. Be aware. Be careful of fake narritives.

People - we are investing in the future. Dont expect to get rich quick. Invest in high utility, high quality, adopted assets and keep them in self custody. There is a massive wealth transfer coming between Dec 2025 and 2028. It will be full of bumps and bruises. If you are in crypto to get rich quick you will get poor quicker. There is an arms race to own the dominant networks. Do not keep your wealth in unproven, speculative, unregulated, unadopted assets. Dominance is fundemental - Usage. Adoption. Speed, Engineering quality, not marketing, promises and expectations. There is also a complete disconnect between dollar pricing and the underlying software. Until the markets are globally regulated it is the wild west. I have narrated this for years. The manipulators of the prices will create illusions. Dont fall for it. Stick to the fundamentals.
