"We'll look at those tasks, we'll look at the history of your home, and all the information we have about it, to do that thing really well for you." "You might say, 'I want to hang up a bunch of family artwork in the hallway.' We'll come back to you and say, 'Do you already have the frames? Do you want us to find them for you? If you do, we'll come back to you with a bunch of options based on your past preferences.'" "And we'll actually have those frames ready for you, or in the hands of the handyman, before they even show up."
