Today the plantation drive done at Tehsil Office Pouni, Range Office Thakrakote & Yagya shalla to mark the Van-Mahotsav 2020. Plantation was done in presence Tehsildar Pouni, Range Officer Thakrakote & BDC Chairman under the direct supervision of DFO Reasi, Jyotsana IFS.

J&K Forest Department is celebrating Van Mahotsav from 27- 31 July 2020. Reasi Forest Division continued the celebration today also & conducted the plantation drive under supervision of DFO , Reasi Ms.Jyotsana, IFS along with district session Judge Sh. Kamlesh Pandit.

#Reasi🌲 Tree plantation drive with @ForestReasi on the occasion of World Nature Conservation Day

The Operation was carried out by the forest team headed by block officer Surinder Singh under the supervision of range officer Vijay Verma and Jyotsana, IFS DFO, Reasi .

Reasi Forest Division today conducted eviction drive and dismantled one kaccha dhara( mud hut) constructed in compartment 17/r , Nagote in block Bhomag of Reasi Range and retreived 05 kanals of forest land from the illegal possession of encroacher.

On 12th July 2020 the Reasi Division of Forest Department has inaugurated the plantation drive programme in view of Plantation season. The plantation was conducted by Miss Jyotsana, DFO, Reasi along with RO Thakrakote and his team in collaboration with CISF at Dhyangarh area
