Had a call from @FortemSolutions about a repair for a blocked sink back in December but sorry they didn’t attend? Then I get a text saying my appt is booked between 5.29 & 5.30? They didn’t attend so shouldn’t charge @lambeth_council as if it’s on my bill I want it removed!
