So. Disney brings Back Malcom in the Middle, which ended decades ago with a proper send off. And the child Hal and Lois had at the very end is, wait for it……..non binary. If you had even a shred of hope that you were going to “relive the glory days” you were kidding yourself. STOP listening to people that tell you not to be in a calorie deficit for muscle growth. If you want to be lean and you have excess fat you NEED to lose that. It’s possible to gain muscle in a deficit.
