@cydereyes Working towards Session Pro is the goal for long-term sustainability of Session. It is significantly progressed, but the foundation doesn't currently have funding to complete the launch.

A. You teach underaged people to lie and not feel any guilt.
B. If you require identification, you are violating the privacy of everyone in the world. Person A authorized to use computer X, and you claim a virus did…
Absolutely zero good comes from stupid laws like this. How about we teach kids and adults good morals and values, let them make choices, you know, learn to become an adult, a good human citizen that enjoys human rights such as privacy and speech. The world would be a better place if we all did that.

🚨FYI: Gavin Newsom has already signed California Assembly Bill 1043 which mandates that operating systems including Windows, Linux, macOS, and FreeBSD implement system-level age (identity) verification. This takes effect on January 1st, 2027. Colorado also has a similar act called SB26-051 which is currently advancing through the committees and ready for full Senate consideration. It would come into effect on January 1st, 2028 if passed. Utah, Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama all currently have app layer verification laws, but not OS level YET. So OS level verification isn't a future thing. It's happening now. They are chokepointing the internet. Enjoy these days.

They were floppy. When the smaller ones came out we called them stiffy disks (in South Africa) because they were the exact opposite of floppy disks.
That nomenclature continues today: xyz.co.za/ProductDescrip…
But in other parts of the world they just continued calling it a floppy disk, and while that’s fine, it’s led to posts like yours.
So to me, the “save” icon is a stiffy disk, not a floppy disk.
