Satellite imagery appears to confirm a U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker has been destroyed and several others possibly damaged, as a result of an Iranian attack earlier today, utilizing ballistic missiles and drones, against Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia.

@FosterTraveler it really depends how deep the DOJ is allowed to go. It shouldn't be difficult to get Liang. $SMCI has done too much stupid sh*t. Wally was removed from the company a few years ago. The CFO was supposed to be fired last year. They all know where the dead bodies are. The question is do they go after $NVDA too? These guys have been so arrogant they've been listing these front companies on their partner sites. $NVDA KYCs every end customer & these are not small numbers. Plus the whole Singapore revenue anomaly has been well covered. It's unlikely they can get to Jensen though but I think Liang is done. The other potential issue could be $DELL as their servers were also found at a research shop in China. Of course donations to the white house renovation fund may help $NVDA cause.

현장 취재 추가입니다. $SMCI 대표 챨스와 어제 체포된 공동창업자 월리. 같은 동네 한 거리를 사이에 둔 이웃들인데, 역시 같은 동네 이웃인 대만계 엔지니어로부터 어제 아침 소식을 들었네요. 어제 아주 이른 시간 챨스집에 FBI 요원들이 들이닥쳤고, 거리를 봉쇄하고 조사에 들어갔다네요. 챨스 집에선 실질적인 증거가 안 나와서 FBI는 몇시간 수색 이후 돌아가고, 같은 시각 한 골목 건너에 있던 월리의 집에도 FBI가 들이 닥쳤는데, 10분 넘게 협조 안하고 대치를 했고, 문 두드리고 동네사람 다 깨고 시끄러웠다네요. FBI 문 따고 들어간 이후 수색과 laptop 포렌직을 위해서 현장 수사가 몇시간 계속된 이후 체포했답니다. 중국에 최신 사양 엔비디아 GPU는 수출할 수 없거나 다른 통제가 필요한데, 다른 칩이 들어간 것으로 발주를 내면 걱정 안 해도 원하는 GPU를 대신 넣어서 납품하겠다고 딜을 진행했답니다. 이것이 월리의 핸드폰에 택스트로 있었고, 내부자의 FBI 제보로 체포에 나섰답니다. 이들 사이에선 챨스도 절대 몰랐을 수 없는 일인데, 아직 챨스까지 엮을 증거는 없고 공동창업자인 월리가 끌어 안고 가는 것처럼 이야기하네요. $SMCI 주가는 현재 32% 가까지 빠졌고, $NVDA 역시 2.8% 빠진 상황입니다. 또, 다른 소식이 있으면 공유드릴께요

@tculpan If $NVDA cuts off $SMCI they won't have the largest customer who they can stuff inventory into when they need to beat the qtr. Also Charles may rat out Jensen and $NVDA's role in all the shipments via Singapore.

I think it would behoove Jensen & Nvidia to quickly and publicly cut Super Micro from its supply of chips.
What’s the upside from keeping them as a customer?
There’s plenty of others who’d take the allocation, without the security and reputation risk.
