Thanks, it's actually baked. It looks so smooth because I am using bicubic lightmap sampling, which makes the baked lightmaps look less pixelated, this way I don't need to bake higher resolution lightmaps. It's a feature many shaders support, like z3y graphlit, Mochie Standard, silent filament, orels1 Standard etc. Unity Standard doesn't have that feature. Side by side comparison below, Bicubic lightmap sampling ON <-> OFF

Stencil outlines to fix outline appearance when meshes intersect (like clothing on skin) Set Outlines-> Rendering Options-> Cull-> Off Set Stencil + Outline Stencil settings, example setup in image. Set Body mesh Render Queue lower than the clothing. ref: poiyomi.com/rendering/sten…

4Dvが発表した4D Gaussian Splattingの話題、高速な動きとか複雑な動きを再現できてることに言及してるのをあんまり見ないな…。 高速な動きはブラーが掛かって実体が失われるからこれまでの三次元再構成の考え方だとその部分は欠落(メッシュだと特に)だけど、これは違和感なく結像されてる。 ていう所が個人的にはすごいと思う所なんだけども。
