We learnt that before the Ragged School was a school it was first a warehouse. It was made into a school in 1877 for poor children. Many children even had to came to school with no shoes on and had no soap to wash with! @foxfield @FFHumanities @IPAT_Edu

We had a fantastic trip on the Thames Clipper, where we saw loads of landmarks including the O2, The Shard and even the Thames Barrier. We visited London Bridge and used our observational drawing skills to draw Tower Bridge and the River Thames underneath @Foxfield @IPAT_Edu

Cherry have been developing their measuring skills today using centimetres. We practiced measuring objects by beginning at zero and using a decimal point to increase our accuracy 📏 @Foxfield @FoxfieldMaths #measure

Today we analysed each section of our knowledge organiser for Geography. We discussed our new sticky knowledge and recorded down the facts we already knew. Did you know the longest river in the world is the River Nile that is in Africa? #geography @foxfield @FFHumanities
