Instagram is my most followed platform primarily occupied by women. I make two videos in full defense of Erika Kirk and I lost over 100 followers. Tik tok I gained Facebook I gained. A few years ago I went and saw Jordan Peterson lecture when he came to Salt Lake City, and one of the things he talked about was when you're wanting to make changes in your life, you've got to pick something you CAN do that you WILL do, no matter how small. I have a lot of work to do on my health, but jumping all in was overwhelming to me. So two and a half years ago I decided that chiropractic care would be my first step. After dedicated weekly care, my serious digestive issues are all but gone now, as well as the chronic headaches I used to have. This week I decided it's time to pick the next thing. Yesterday I used Grok to create an at-home exercise routine tailored specifically for me, one that is consistent but flexible, takes into consideration some of my current limitations, and isn't boring. This morning I'm feeling the signs of pushing my body and I love it. I actually really enjoy exercise, it's just so easy to let it go for other things. But that ends now! 💪🏼
