@FrNickOFMConv I LITERALLY JUST INSTALLED THIS. I used the free trial in the past, and last night I paid for the full version. It's a complete game changer.

I'm not a huge tech guy, and turning my phone to greyscale never really worked (too easy to switch it back), but getting the minimalist phone app was probably the biggest positive change for my smart phone use, likely smart phone addiction minimalistphone.com

Posting this in Lent because I think my phone was the single largest time vacuum/distraction from prayer, and Lent is very much about growing closer to the Lord! Tech is great and all that, but not if it's taking away our ability to grow in relationship with Jesus Christ
