A message to every American, Democrat, Independent, or Republican:
This nation was not founded under the premise that we the people work for the government, a government that does what it sees fit with our tax dollars and collects them by any means possible.
Let us remember how this great nation came about and why it was successful, no monarchy, officials elected by the people actually worked for the people, and no taxation without representation. It seems somehow we've lost the last two, and gained monarchs for every state, it must end, we must regain control as a people... as the bill of rights, constitution, and Declaration of Independence lay out.
The American Founding wasn't built on blind trust in rulers or the idea that citizens exist to serve the state. It was the opposite: government as a necessary but dangerous servant, created by "We the People" with strictly enumerated powers, checked by separation of powers, federalism, and the Bill of Rights. The Declaration of Independence spelled it out plainly, governments derive "their just powers from the consent of the governed," and when they become destructive of the ends of securing life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, it is the right (and duty) of the people to alter or abolish them.
Americans, please put aside party politics and squabbles, do what is right, vote what is right, vote for our future as a proud nation or we lose it all. Don't let our forefather's fight be in vain, let us all regain control of our freedoms as laid out by those who founded this great nation. 🇺🇸
