That’s not at all what was implicated by this ruling, and you know it. This is a hysterically dramatic oversimplification of what they said. What they essentially said, for the lay person, is thus: if you write a law that requires its implementation to be completely defined by regulators— you’ve written a bad law and WE will be forced to define it. You simply cannot continue writing these ridiculously broad laws and then turn them over to lifetime policy wonks who serve at the behest of partisans. The people the administrative branch serves are done being chess pieces on a parcheesi board.

@PatriciaIrigo10 Happened to me also - within a week of my first vaccine. I was mad at my husband for days bc it came from one of his coworkers. Finally let go of the anger when my husband had to be hospitalized. Hopeful that he’s on a healing path.
