One for the Catholics. Where did your mum keep your Holy Water supply ? My mum had an old R.Whites Lemonade bottle with Knock holy water in it - kept under the sink next to the bleach/sink plunger/disinfectant and shoe polish 🤣🤣 surely a sin

@British_Airways Not to mention that the woman working the customer service desk hadn't even been told the flight had been cancelled. Really poor show from a company who prides themselves on their customer service.

@British_Airways I was under the impression that you had staff on airport and home standby as a contingency? Your ground staff weren't particularly helpful either. 4 different personnel spoken to and all told us something different.
