@waitrose This is the third week in a row our order has had delay problems. I think we’re switching to @Ocado

I call at 17:30 and told it’s still coming but they don’t know when. Have to go out at now 2 hours past my slot. Delivery is attempted and failed obviously. I now have to wait 5 days for a refund and have to buy food again on top of that. 0/10 customer service @waitrose

@waitrose delivery slot set (and paid for) 16-1700. Gets delayed to 18:15-18:45. I inform what sounds like bot on live chat that I won’t be home. Chat then tells me it’s due to arrive at 16:30. It doesn’t. App suddenly updates slot to 16-17:00 again and stays that way

@MichelleLisaL @GNRailUK @TfL I thought the same for the first month. Kept thinking I was just hitting bad luck of it being closed! Signs on the gates say early Spring fix but looks like they’re behind schedule changing those lightbulbs

@Lucindavs @GNRailUK @TfL Thank you! Didn’t realise it had been since Christmas. I’ve only noticed them when I’ve been on a Victoria Line train and thought “oh I’d better transfer at Finsbury Park” as it looks like the whole thing is closed! And apparently @GNRailUK do manage it, not TFL

@GNRailUK Hey, can I transfer to the Victoria line at Highbury and Islington? I’ve seen a few bits of tape across the entrance from the Great Northern line so wasn’t sure

@MichelleLisaL @GNRailUK @TfL You can transfer. Have to walk down the platform though. Only the first two tunnels are taped up (and have been since before Christmas 🙄)

It’s been this dark for the last DECADE I’ve been travelling. Why is it suddenly an uninfixable excuse? I’ve changed lightbulbs at home in this time. Give me the bulbs and I’ll do it myself. I’ve flown around the world the last two weeks and these gates are still blocked.

Ten people stabbed on the LNER between London and Doncaster. I’m on the same line, going the other way. There was a time when an incident like this would have been in the news for weeks. But something equally brutal will happen tomorrow, or on Monday. My country isn’t my country anymore. The population is unhinged, the streets unsafe. If you’re out and about all the time, on trains, in London, you just feel like you’re waiting your turn. Mugging, assault, stabbing, whatever. It never used to be like this. We were civilised.

@skylark1984 @KiszelyPhilip I live in London. 30+ years strong here without being stabbed. Please let me know what I’m missing. I hear we’re all supposed to get stabbed everyday?

@KiszelyPhilip Most people used to have visiting London on their bucket list. Not so much anymore. It seems to have been taken over by a criminal element and by radicals committing heinous acts of violence. London has probably seen lost tourism dollars in the last decade. Sad.

🚨 WITNESS: Black man in all black clothing stabbed multiple people on the Huntingdon train. He says as police approached him he started waving a large knife around and they tasered him.

Absolute scam artists @NiceHashMining. I apparently can’t close my account because I have funds in it. I can’t transfer those funds because I’m below the minimum threshold. So they’re going to charge me an inactive account fee instead. @TheFCA look into this please.
