You cannot rehabilitate a person that beheads a person. You cannot rehabilitate someone that offs people for sport. You cannot rehabilitate someone that kidnaps and rapes children.

I genuinely pity Nigerian youths man. Your life and future is being treated with negligence and scorn, people will tell you stories of a Nigeria previously far better than what you are currently experiencing. Your mates, children of politicians who do not do half your work are shielded from the consequences of bad governance but you are still here claiming you support APC. You literally witnessed the sharp rise in the cost of living and the free fall of quality of living and yet… Are you people cursed ?

A Nation Losing Its HUMANITY. Some events shatter a society so deeply that words are no longer enough to express the shock; the brutal killing of a teacher and the horrific rape and murder of an elderly woman are among such tragedies. These are not isolated incidents but signs of deeper moral and social decay. How did we get here? How did we reach a point where teachers are hunted and killed, and the elderly—custodians of memory and wisdom—suffer such dehumanising violence? This is more than a security crisis; it is a failure of collective humanity. We have become desensitised, consuming tragedy briefly and moving on, allowing indifference to normalise the unacceptable. To the families affected, I share in your grief. But grief alone is not enough. We must demand accountability and urgent systemic change. If such atrocities no longer move us to action, then we risk losing our shared humanity. -PO

to every artist/person out there, your life & career will hardly ever just be vertical, and the purpose of art goes beyond charts, sales, analytics, algorithms. this shit has its natural & unnatural ups & downs, but the best thing you can do is create things that are honest, so that you never look back & have regrets. everyday you’re breathing you get an opportunity to reintroduce yourself & put something meaningful out into the world. do the work. have fun doing it. everything else is a bonus.

Living abroad can be so depressing, bro. Your social life drops by 80%, and your entire existence starts revolving around work, bills, and immigration. This is why most of us just want a working Nigeria🤦🏾‍♂️

This was at Goldman Sachs Recruitment Day in 2019, at Victoria Island, Lagos (similar to Shell's Recruitment Day). I didn't make the cut then because there were badder guys from UNILAG, OAU and co, who were and are witches and wizards in coding. Anyway, my team came second overall and I used sweet mouth to present our technical solution. This was Goldman Sachs o, able to assemble at least 200 bad guys within Lagos (the picture doesn't show the full hall, which is quite sizeable). But one bros who knows the local ecosystem more than oyinbo said we don't have world-class talent. Anyway, most people in this picture had sponsored flight and relocation benefits to the UK and other countries shortly after this picture was taken. However, you still have people like this within Nigeria's shores.
