This is scripted in the USA. It’s the rhetoric of right wing Christian Nationalism. No Irish person would EVER say "I'm a God-fearing patriot, and may God-fearing patriotism prevail in this fight against evil” in Ireland. God fearing is what they do in the OO. Scarlet for his Ma.
Tommy Robinson 🇬🇧@TRobinsonNewEra

Conor McGregor: "An anti-Irish agenda is being carried out in Ireland, and it's heading toward a quake with the Public." "I warned about this, but Ireland is no place for new voices under its political cartel." "I'm for my Country. I'm a God-fearing patriot, and may God-fearing patriotism prevail in this fight against evil."

There are no fuel protests at Trump Doonbeg, which is just a coincidence.

@cuilleog @DamianOBrien @NewstalkFM Yea, I know the government doesn't control the price of oil, the same way trump doesn't decide the amount of tax we pay at the pumps. Prices will go up again, this 2 week ceasefire won't last.

@Frankeeeeeen @DamianOBrien @NewstalkFM 1. The Govt didn’t cause the price increases. Trump did. 2. Oil prices have been going DOWN since Tuesday. 3. Prices should begin to normalise over the next few weeks. 4. They’re busy people, who “don’t have time”? They’ve spent most of this week blocking roads and ports, FFS 🤣

'We are the voice of the people of Ireland.' After being denied entry to a government meeting to discuss fuel prices, fuel protest leaders voiced their frustrations with the ongoing situation.

@cuilleog @DamianOBrien @NewstalkFM Hauliers and agri contractors are paying thousands extra per week since the war started, most of that is going to the exchequer. Many of these businesses don't have time, they are protesting for their survival. VAT can easially be reduced.

@Frankeeeeeen @DamianOBrien @NewstalkFM Campaigns take time. It’s a REVENUE measure- customs and excise. They concede those as often as they pull out their own teeth. But anyone who thinks policy on fuel duty is getting changed in 4 days is nuts.

@DamianOBrien @NewstalkFM No one is coming out if this well. The “legitimate” protestors are protesting against something that isn’t the Govt’s fault (if they want to talk about fuel duty, lobby TDs). The RW Loons should be told to f*** off. Govt shouldn’t have called out the Army. Everyone looks petty

@toofastcharlie @Default69202648 It is over fuel. Farming contractors and hauliers are paying thousands of euros extra every week in fuel duties to the government since the war started. The government has the power to reduce these duties.

Sorry now but if the likes of these two are what’s actually leading the fuel protest, the lot of them can do one now.

@atrupar He should ask Trump for some help with the housing crisis in Ireland. The number of homeless families is increasing each month.

After Trump disses Starmer, Irish leader Micheál Martin jumps in to defend Starmer and encourages Trump to get along with him. Martin then pivots to defending Ukraine -- a country Trump also dissed earlier in the event.

REMINDER: “your energy bill within 12 months will be cut in half. I’ll have your energy bill down within 12 months, throughout the country." It's been 13 months. Electricity is UP over 11%. Promise everything. Deliver NOTHING.
