@EtihadHelp I know the transfer isn't included. My point was that nobody even tried to help. I asked for practical guidance (pickup location, timing after immigration/baggage claim, return timing), but every request was met with an almost hostile reference to the T&C. That's bad service.

Transportation between the airport and the hotel is not included as part of the stopover package, and guests are responsible for arranging their own transfers.
