The Primary FRCA was the hardest exam I ever took. I took 4 attempts to pass written, 3 for OSCE & 2 for viva. It took years of my life. These example questions from RCoA demonstrate it’s rigour. The Final was another challenge to overcome. The exam is humbling. #TeamAnaesthesia

I don’t usually post personal news but Clinicians have told us to pull every lever. Our daughter has with #dipg Brain cancer. There is no cure and typically 9m life expectancy. If anyone knows of trials then please get in contact! #braincancer #childrenscancer @CR_UK

I know I bang on about this but I do think it explains some recent binfires. Obviously trusts have no influence on JD pay or front door demand but too many are focussing on the top without sorting issues at the bottom, trying to make staff happy when they don’t yet feel safe.
