The entire Western political & media class has taught us exactly how genocides happen: 1) Dehumanize the victims 2) Manufacture atrocity propaganda 3) Ignore historical context 4) Obsess over one's own history of victimhood 5) Manufacture false claims of antisemitism What's most shocking is just how easy it has been to compel an entire generation of media & political elites to support genocide.

I really hate to say this, but this election in the US is giving Indy Ref 2014 vibes. The positive energy of the yes campaign lulled us into a false sense of security, everyone's views validated by their own echo chambers on social media, and we lost. I really hope I'm wrong.

@Frecklechops You have to pay for pharmacy meds, and even if you pay for prescription, they're often twice as much. Plus pharmists can't prescribe what I need to go on. It's an ok thing if you have the money and don't have complicated health problems. But I'd rather talk to a doctor.

Y'know, I think I might have to annoy a doctor if this damn bladder thing doesn't sort itself out by Monday. Still not temperature or signs of infection or uti as such, but just pain. Still peeing OK so don't think anythings blocked, but it really fucking hurts.
