Hi @MichaelPatak what’s this that I am hearing from support that you guys don’t resolve any Topstepx platform issues that occur on Topstepx mobile? This must be a joke right? Why aren’t we told that when we buy your services? Now the lags and execution errors have swallowed my XFA and I am being told by support to go file a dispute or chargeback with my bank if I need my money back. The least that could be done is give me another $150k XFA and tell me to stick to trading on desktop and then make a disclaimer on your website that trading on Topstepx mobile is unreliable. Can I either get another $150k XFA or a refund for my back2funded @Topstep @dotjosh @TopstepDre @TopstepNick @Trent0n513

@FredM274 @fundedshif @MichaelPatak @AskTopstep @Topstep The 99.26% are the approval rate for payout request. If your account was put on hold close to a payout, perhaps you are doing very well and are now being moved to Live. If so, congratulations. Well done.

Topstep banned a trader and has stolen $64,000 from him Long time trader with @Topstep since 2024 stayed loyal despite all the red flags 🚩 What he didn't know was.. @MichaelPatak lacks a moral compass. He's loyal to no one but himself TS has been doing this for months now 👇🏼

Because I never requested it, as they put me on hold the day I was eligible, very convenient I'd say. I believe that the number will change a lot if you count that.

@FredM274 @fundedshif @MichaelPatak @AskTopstep @Topstep Ban profitable traders? Topstep has paid out over $1.5 billion to traders. Currently 2000 payouts/day. And this year 99.26% of payout requests were approved. A small fraction of 1% get banned, for engaging in Prohibited Conduct.

Good Morning... Just a reminder, if a company markets to you payouts, you work the balance up to reach said payout, then to only rug pull you and deny the payout opportunity and label it as a reward repackaged as "Live"... Ditch em. That is fraud, its theft and blatant robbery. They want you to lose... stop enriching these thieves. Eventually there will be enough victims that come together and by class action, then they will payout in a different manner. More of you are learning how to trade and this makes the "demo-prop" model unsustainable. If they have to change the rules to prevent you from making a profit, there is no other definition of F.R.A.U.D. Stop wasting real money on these things, open a live broker account with a regulated broker and trade 1 single micro and do far better and starve these leeches.

Never found any problems when I was losing thousands, but when I start requesting payouts im hedging and trading in concert with other users😂

@fundedshif @MichaelPatak @AskTopstep @Topstep Unfortunately all they can do is ban profitable traders before they can request a payout, and when you talk to support they can just spam the same copy pasted message and show no proofs of what they accuse us of. @MichaelPatak @AskTopstep @AskTopstep

Two weeks ago, Topstep reset all 5 of my accounts to zero while I was up $4K each $20K gone overnight over false hedging accusations. I didn’t react emotionally .I stayed calm, took the hit, and came back stronger. Today, I’m up $37K and requesting my payout tonight. All glory to God.

@FredM274 @MoFibz That should be good, make sure you tell your bank that you did not do these accusations. They tell you keep buying accounts and spend. And when you win you get paid. But when you won they aren’t paying you. It’s a scam.

@CryptoSuf @MoFibz they just accused me of hedging and trading from multiple profiles, I have proofs of support spamming the same message and refusing to show proofs, and I have the screenshot of the trade logs of my accounts. So hopefully that’s enough.

@FredM274 @MoFibz Yea I sent them proof the accounts where in good standings and then when I spoke to customer service and they acknowledged the issue but didn’t come to a conclusion. In my case, I sent them the social media posts by the stupid CEO saying he fucked everyone but he’s working on it.

@CryptoSuf @MoFibz Same thing happened to me. I was about to request max payout. and they accused me of hedging. I sent chargeback through amex and they're investigating. can I know what proofs you sent them?

@MoFibz Few months ago they deleted my 5 accounts up 15k each in 3 days… they never rectified the issue so I did a chargeback. They just responded and refunded me 20k for all spent with Topstep lmao
