@Budget I called to extend & was told an add’l day was $95 yet somehow adding $400+ to the orig bill. That’s a lot more than $95! 3 CS reps & 1 supervisor later, no explanation except “You upgraded your car.” No. The distracted agent @ DIA gave us (her words) “a free upgrade”.

The worst service ever at @Budget at DTW airport. I have been on line for over an hour. I am tired, hungry and now have to drive in the dark in a place I’ve never been before. Will never use @Budget again!!!

@Budget picking up a car in Ft. Lauderdale. Flight is delayed a couple hours, so I check to see what car I was getting. Reserved a standard SUV, but am getting a luxury car (Hyundai genesis). I need the SUV as we are moving my son in for college and need the room. Why?

@Budget had a car reserved for 1pm at Boston Airport and still waiting. It’s a total disaster still after two and a half hours. No car ready. Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. This needs to be fixed.

Hi @Budget ! Your partners at @Hertz have really terrible customer service. We’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a refund because they overcharged us with costs which were not applicable to our hire. Original booking was through budget car rental, can you help us?

@Budget Please see attached video. Staff did not arrive until 730. When I asked, she said the official time is 730 but that corporate does not change the information online Clearly a miscommunication on your side between you and this location that is causing major problems for customers

@budget rental car is an absolute joke. It’s been a month since $5k+ of my belongings were stolen out of their rental car and no progress on my claim. I can’t even get a direct number to their Sacramento airport location. Terrible customer service! I will never use them again!
