@Budget I called to extend & was told an add’l day was $95 yet somehow adding $400+ to the orig bill. That’s a lot more than $95! 3 CS reps & 1 supervisor later, no explanation except “You upgraded your car.” No. The distracted agent @ DIA gave us (her words) “a free upgrade”.

@Budget @JosemvdVazquez I had the same in july. They charged fot non pkg itemw and full gas tank. They are liars and treaters. Unbelievable how they treat customers

@budget rental car is an absolute joke. It’s been a month since $5k+ of my belongings were stolen out of their rental car and no progress on my claim. I can’t even get a direct number to their Sacramento airport location. Terrible customer service! I will never use them again!
