@online_adv7881 I talked to your “Customer Service” already. They promptly told me it was my fault for not reading the contract. Said @Budget does not guarantee the car you confirm is available. This seems a bit like fraud to me. #Budgetrentalscam.

@Budget, why do you take and confirm reservations for vehicles only to tell me when I get to the window that that vehicle is not available! I have to take a car that costs me more! Why do I have to pay more because YOU fucked up a reservation! or was it never there at all?

@Budget I can’t believe the condition of the vehicle we picked up yesterday in Puerto Rico. It has a significant amount of pre-existing damage, including multiple deep dents, scratches, and scuffs across the entire body. I have taken detailed photos to document. Unacceptable.

@Budget At pick up, the car fuel was at 1/4. I called and was told it was noted on rental. Mentioned it at return too. I put fuel in up to 1/2 a tank. Got charged anyway. It's kind of a #scam to tell me the tank is full when it's at a 1/4 and then charge me. Never again.
