I am happy to announce that today I received official notice that the DA was rejecting charges against Kolton Krottinger for posting a meme. A lot of work over the past two months went into get to this point. Brandon Grable and I are ecstatic that our client will have a worry-free Christmas and New Year without bogus potential felony charges hanging over his head.

Do you know about @FreeKolton’s case? You need to. This case is an egregious assault on freedom of speech perpetrated by the local government of Granbury, Texas.
I have taught the Constitution in Granbury several times. This is a good town with great people but the local execution and judicial departments are grossly uneducated on Freedom of Speech and government’s duty to defend it.
Because this is such an important case, I have submitted an amicus-style memorandum of support in defense of his Natural Rights.
