You start trading to make easy money. On the journey you learn about your fears, your weaknesses and everything that makes you, you. All of a sudden making easy money becomes the hardest thing you’ve ever done. Yet, you don’t quit. You know once you master this, you’re free.

@FarvingCo if taking capsule form, would you spread the 1g over the day or take it all at once on empty stomach? If spreading it out, would look like this: - 1 capsule morning on empty stomach - 1 capsule afternoon 3 hours after eating - 1 capsule evening 3 hours after eating Thanks!

3 common mistakes that kill results: MISTAKE #1: using non-Chios mastic - only mastic from Chios, Greece has proven H. pylori activity - other products are fake, adulterated, or wrong species - must say "Chios mastic" or "Pistacia lentiscus var. chia" no Chios label = no results MISTAKE #2: taking half the dose - study dose: 1g daily - most products: 500mg per capsule - taking one capsule = half the clinical dose = H. pylori survives do the math: verify you're hitting 1g total per day MISTAKE #3: wrong timing destroys effectiveness - must take/chew on empty stomach (30 min before food) - food blocks mastic from reaching H. pylori in stomach lining - capsules: take with water, wait 30 min before eating get all three right or H. pylori wins.

Mastic Gum literally ELIMINATED H. pylori bacteria in 14 days Bloated after meals? White or yellowish tongue? Fatigue for no reason? that's NOT just "food sensitivity" or "bad digestion." That's H. pylori infection - and it's: • eating through your stomach lining • triggering chronic inflammation • destroying your gut barrier In one study, just 1.05g of mastic gum daily for 14 days COMPLETELY ELIMINATED H. pylori in 38.5% of people - without any antibiotics or harsh side effects and what it does to your gut after killing H. pylori is even CRAZIER here's exactly how to use it to kill bad bacteria (and the 3 mistakes that kill results):

A Personal Reflection - From The Depths “Whether true or false, what is said about men often has as much influence on their lives, and particularly on their destinies, as what they do.” - Victor Hugo In a conversation recently, I heard something profoundly accurate: “____, more than anything, you want to be understood and accepted.” That hit hard because I instantly recognized it to be true. First, I typically don’t like being noticed. I enjoy blending into the shadows. I live in a remote location with no neighbors. When I drive into town, I drive a normal car, wear normal clothes. Most people who meet me in daily life have no clue I’m secretly a multi-millionaire - and that’s the way I like it. Wealth brings negative attention, and negative attention brings negative energy. This is especially true once people get to know you. They realize you’re a flawed human being just like everyone else, and that makes it easier for bitterness to creep in. When they discover you’re not some mystical superhero, it becomes much simpler to believe the wealthy person didn’t “deserve” what they have (no matter how incredibly hard they may have worked for it). I didn’t understand it back then, but a close friend of mine who is “TV famous” told me in 2016, “____, I wouldn’t wish this level of success on my worst enemy.” I understand why very successful people continue to just go make loads of money. It can feel like the only thing left to do. There's no going back to normal once you have a lot of money. And it's very lonely at the top. When I entered the crypto space - which rescued me from a life of complete misery in my job - I was just an anonymous wallet address. Then the crypto news cycles started writing about my wallet, and eventually someone linked it to my X profile (because I had connected that account to another service once and forgotten about it). Overnight, the spotlight found me. So I decided to make a go of it. Crypto had given me a new “job,” and I felt guilty in a way - I had received so much value from crypto that I saw it as a chance to give something back. I set out to share my journey, my thoughts, and honestly…myself on the TL. A few posts went mega-viral, and suddenly millions of people were reading what I wrote. People I looked up to began following me - even sending me DMs telling me how much they admired me. And I'm sitting here thinking, "No! You can't look up to me, I look up to you!" That many eyeballs is a lot of pressure. And it absolutely altered my decision-making. I’ve made some bad decisions since amassing a large audience because, ultimately, I cared too much about what people thought of me. Like most humans, I just wanted to be loved and accepted for who I was - to be seen. I committed to being my genuine self even when I knew my opinions might not be popular. But I was reaching for the impossible: pleasing the majority of people, the majority of the time. It’s become unhealthy. Instead of focusing on providing for my family and honing my craft, I’ve been focused on making sure my public image reflects who I know myself to be. So am I going to quit X? No. You don’t succeed in life by running from new challenges. But I am at a point where I must evolve - find balance, find harmony, and remember that my actions will always speak louder than anything I post on a screen. No matter what I say, people will both love and hate me for it. That’s just life. The world can be a broken and bitter place. But it can be filled with beauty and wonder as well. So...welcome to my continued journey. I’m still here, still growing, and still finding my way through the noise. 🫡 From the depths — The White Whale 🐋

I debated posting this because it can make you feel hopeless. But I think the truth is always best found out early. Many financial gurus talk about investing $100/mo etc to get to a point with $1,000,00 when you retire. The reality of the math is this - if inflation is 3% per year, that $1,000,000 isn’t worth $1,000,000 today. Because compounding inflation is just as powerful as compounding returns. Said differently $1,000,000 in 60 years is only worth $167,000 of today’s buying power with 3% inflation. And typically w late stage capitalism, rate of inflation increases (not decreases). So what does this mean in reality? You have to 6x your goal. Ex: if you wanted to retire with $1,000,000 and $40,000 per year passive, you actually want $6,000,000 and $240,000 per year passive. If you wanted $4,000,000 and $200,000 in passive income. You really need your goal to be $24,000,000 and $1,2000,000 in passive income. Now let’s say inflation is 2.3% rather than 3% (the historical average). Okay. You’ll have overshot your goal by 50% (money will only be 1/4 as valuable rather than 1/6th). Great. Retire early. But the alternative is certainly worse. Undershoot and be a burden to the people you care about hoping for social nets which may or may not exist then. Who knows. Regardless, I’ve never seen anyone talk about this - and maybe it’s because it makes people feel hopeless. But I figure math is math and you shouldn’t be afraid to do it for yourself. Always better to overshoot and get there early than never arrive.

Sauna is one of the most effective health protocols I've done. Here is everything I've learned; it's the most robust characterization ever produced. Results: 1) Fifteen sessions of sauna dramatically reduced environmental toxins in my body: + 65% drop in 2,4-D + 100% drop in MEP + 15% drop in MBP + 100% drop in MEHP (undetectable post sauna) + 56% drop in NAPR + 56% drop in HEMA + 100% drop in Perchlorate (undetectable post sauna) 2. Sauna eliminated 85% of microplastics from my ejaculate. Nov 2024: 165 particles/mL July 2025: 20 particles/mL Nearly identical drop in my blood same time period: Oct 2024: 70 particles/mL May 2025: 10 particles/mL 3. Sauna, without ice on the boys, devastated my fertility markers. Total Motile Count: –56% Concentration: –30% Motility: –50% Morphology: –48% Count: –9% 4. Sauna coincided with my fertility markers being at an all-time high. I have more total and motile sperm than 99.6% of men of any age, including men under 25. + total count: 600 M + concentration: 162 M + motility: 55% + total motile count: 330M + morphology (normal): 10% We do not know what to make of these improvements. Was it the sauna? Sauna + ice? Ice only? We don't know but we did not identify any other protocols or lifestyle changes during this interval that would plausibly account for the change. 5. My vascular function improved by a ten year reduction in age. Now I have the vascular age of an elite 18-early 20s. + Central Systolic Blood Pressure: 96 mmHg + Central Pulse Pressure: 20 mmHg + Pulse Pressure Amplification: 160% + SEVR: 227% + Augmentation Pressure: 1 mmHg + Augmentation Index Wave: 3% + Traditional blood pressure: 107/75 mmHg 6. What type of sauna? Use a dry sauna with high temperatures between 80-100°C (176 to 212°F) and 5-20% relative air humidity. Aim for the lower end of this spectrum, especially as a beginner. Higher temperatures closer to the boiling point can cause side effects like headaches and severely dried nose and eyes. Note: Steam baths, hot tubs, and infrared saunas fail to replicate the same effects because they do not allow you to safely reach the required high temperatures and do not induce the same level of sweating, the necessary inverted (skin-to-core) temperature gradient, and the massive re-direction of blood to the skin with resulting vasodilation. Dry sauna is unique, and very likely superior to wet (steam bath) and infrared saunas. By heating up your skin way faster than your core, dry hot sauna flips your core skin temperature gradient, eliciting the following hormetic benefits: + enhanced blood flow: the heart pumps up to 70% more blood, similar to intense aerobic exercise (zone 2-+ increased sweating for detoxification: to maintain a stable core temperature, the skin produces 0.6-1 liter of sweat per hour, facilitating significant detoxification. + improved heat tolerance: the body becomes better at handling heat, leading to a lower core body temperature (offering metabolic advantages) + safe activation of heat shock proteins: the skin experiences substantial heat shock protein activation, while a modest 1°C increase in core temperature is sufficient to activate these proteins without the risk of hyperthermia. + extended Exposure at higher temperatures: dry saunas are more tolerable for longer durations and at higher temperatures, maximizing the benefits. 7. Sauna protocol and frequency Type: hot dry sauna Temperature: 176–212°F ( I do 200°F) Relative air humidity: very low, 5-20% Duration: 20 min Frequency: 4–7x a week 8. Heat Protection If you'd like, you can protect your head from the heat by wearing a sauna hat or wrapping it with a towel (use only cotton or other 100% natural material). You can breathe through a towel or cloth if needed to protect your nose. I am personally fine not doing this. Most importantly, ice the balls. Icing the testicles is absolutely required to prevent heat from damaging fertility markers. + Ice the testes during the sauna session. + Use a non-toxic, reusable ice pack material. + Wear cotton boxers and shorts. + Place ice packs in between the boxers and shorts. + Keep them in place for the entire session. Men should care about preserving fertility markers even when they are not trying to conceive. Sperm quality is tightly coupled to testicular function, which governs testosterone production, metabolic health, and long term endocrine stability. When fertility parameters decline, the same upstream dysfunction often drives lower testosterone, higher inflammation, and increased cardiometabolic risk. 9. Hydration Dry sauna induces sweating as part of its beneficial mechanism. Be sure to hydrate properly. In general, you might need to rehydrate with up to 16–32 oz (0.5–1 L) of fluid after a sauna session. Be sure to add electrolytes. If you want to be precise, measure your sweat amount and electrolytes (saltiness) using a patch (e.g., from Gatorade) to quantify your liquid and electrolyte loss, and rehydrate accordingly. Some people have saltier sweat than others and must ensure they replenish electrolytes as well as water. My results: my body sweats 18 oz during a 20 min sauna at 200 °F, with a sodium concentration of 25-39 mg/oz. A single sauna session flushes 450–700 mg of sodium out of my body. # I wish you all the best in life my friend. A new era or being human is here. One where existence is the highest virtue. Prioritize sleep, daily exercise and eat well and you'll be in a strong position. Try to avoid the bad stuff. Anything that takes away your agency. Be a warrior and caretaker of existence. Don't Die.

So the most important stock driving the most important technological innovation of our lifetime is up 4x in the past 2 years. While a metal dug up out of the ground which has been around for 5000 years is up 2x in same period. Feels like gold outperforming human ingenuity?

Bitcoin is down 15% this year in Swiss Francs. This partially explains my bearishness. Dollar weakness disguised as financial gains aren't fooling me. Having said that, I'm done with bearish posts. I don't like focusing on negative / pessimistic things. It's lame. And at this point it doesn't serve any purpose. Everyone should have already made their plan for the coming year. Mine includes giving Stack Jr. a Christmas to remember, teaching him how to ski, prepping for baby #2, tennis, golf, lifting heavy sandbags, daily sauna, and lots of skiing. Also gonna build some more stuff. Bear market or bull market, the world is beautiful and it's always a good time to focus on things that are in your control 🫡

These are all solid points.   Let’s take it one step further…   Think back to the 2016 to 2017 cycle. Bitcoin took a 20% hit, two 30% hits, one 35% hit, and three separate 40% flushes. It was relentless. Yet the market still delivered a 46x move. The human mind conveniently forgets how awful those corrections felt because the final outcome rewrote the narrative.   Now look at this cycle...   We have had four 20% pullbacks and now three 30% pullbacks (chart 1). Nothing about this is new. It only feels painful because you are inside the move right now. And if you are anchored on the idea that the cycle peaks this year, which is not our base case but is a view many people hold, it becomes very easy to convince yourself that you missed the bulk of the move, that it’s all over, and that the best of this cycle is already behind us. What really stands out is how similar these corrective structures have been over the past couple of years, as shown in charts 2 and 3… The pattern, the size, the timing, they keep repeating. It is almost fractal. I have more examples of this as well.   When you compare both the magnitude of the pullback and the amount of time spent correcting, it suggests we are getting very close to the end of this move.   Now, to Raoul’s point, sentiment is indeed completely washed out…   Everyone is calling for the top. People are capitulating emotionally and not analytically. That is exactly the environment where bottoms tend to form. RSI is sitting at 28, and DeMark counts are close to flashing 9s and 13s almost across the board. Nothing is guaranteed, but the probabilities are starting to lean heavily toward a bottom forming this week. Let’s see… And remember, most people are overcomplicating the idea that Bitcoin’s traditional four-year cycle can extend. It’s simple. If the business cycle extends, the crypto cycle extends (chart 4).   Bitcoin is a macro asset…

I wanted to put the current sell off in perspective... BTC corrected in 2024 -32%, 2025 -32% and right now is around -28%. This is normal. You've lived it before. SOL corrected -47%, -67% and currently -48%. Sui corrected -69% in 2023, -79% in 2024, -68% in 2025 and -64% currently. Technicals are flamboyantly over sold. Sentiment is in the shitter too... worst I've seen it this cycle.
