My name is Berta, and I support a free and independent Alberta.

Joe Rogan asked about Alberta separating. Pierre answered for Canada, not for Alberta. They are not going to fix equalization. They are not going to fix representation. They are not going to fix the system. That is why this province needs independence.

So far I’ve seen several news outlets reporting on this non story. Is this meant for us to feel bad for someone who didn’t purchase travel insurance? And this has happened countless times, why are they cherry picking this one to share?

One of the most impactful trends quietly sweeping Canada right now is the wholesale abandonment of legacy media. It's easy to get hung up on the one Boomer relative who is only ever served the fake, CBC-approved version of events. But there are YouTubers and podcasters you've never heard of with exponentially more reach and influence than any CBCer.

The other side will use every imaginable tactic to scare you and me. They want us to stop what we're doing. If we stop, they win.

I was at a canvassing station today. I was astonished by how many young adults were there to sign the petition. Our younger generation of citizens is extremely engaged—very knowledgeable and aware of Alberta independence.

One reason it's hard to take the Alberta separatists very seriously is that they explicitly decided to limit their support base from the beginning. They could've said, "After separation, we'll have a constitutional convention or referendum to decide whether to remain a constitutional monarchy within the Commonwealth or whether to create a new US-style republic instead." But instead they've pursued the more maximalist, alienating approach from the get-go, without much regard to building a broad coalition.
