It’s holding hands… Holding hands on the couch with someone sitting close to you. Love is knowing someone so well that you wonder if there is two people…or just one. It’s rubbing feet…maybe tickling a foot. It’s a pinch…and not asking permission to pinch. It’s looking in your friend’s eyes and seeing them. It’s a conversation…a nice conversation. Listening. A phone call at midnight. It is sitting with a friend when they just need you to sit there. It is being there for the best of times…and the other times… Even when there is no answer…or no need to answer. Sharing tears. It is your teammate…athletic warriors. Love is playing catch or shooting baskets with your kid… Or maybe the desert and motorcycles. Love is standing by someone when it is hard…when they are doing their best to push you away. A baby. Innocence. Optimism. Reassurance. Vulnerability and surrender. A head on your shoulders. Circling the wagons when a friend needs the wagons circled. Love is all these things… And love is many other things… Just look around…it’s right there. Love is simple, you see. Do you agree? A: Yes B: No

Earthshine. Artemis II astronaut Christina Koch captured this video of Earth outside the windows of the Orion spacecraft during the second flight day of the mission. Orion was roughly 33,800 miles (54,500 km) away from Earth when @Astro_Christina took this video.

The Apollo 16 lunar module, named Orion, touched down on the Moon on this day in 1972. With the help of the Lunar Roving Vehicle, seen on the far side of Plum crater in this photo, John Young and Charlie Duke (shown here) drove 16.6 miles (26.7 km) in the Moon's Descartes Highlands and collected 211 lbs (96 kg) of lunar samples. To date, Duke is the youngest person to have walked on the lunar surface.
