And I’ll add, the quality of the sports presentation of the 6 nations on @ITV was terrible. 25fps on Freely dose not work adequately. Felt like watching a low quality YouTube stream. Not what I’d expect from a national broadcast.

I was SO close to going all in with @freely_tv @freely_advice but the awful @itv @itvx picture with 25fps - horrifyingly noticeable with sport content - has put me off. Sky stream has a much better @itvrugby stream quality.

@Freely_Advice have a new TV and freely really is awful as it just doesn't work. Have retuned several times, did a reset nothing changed. @Ofcom

@Freely_Advice the worst service I've ever tried, it's not even working today. Internet speed is fine can access apps like YouTube and TV apps but #freely either keeps freezing or just says loading IP channels. The latest software is installed. @Ofcom @Freely_tv

@Freely_Advice Please create a Digital Recorder Box, similar to BT/EE Recorder Boxes Allow recording of streamed live TV channels (eg. BBC1 etc) so you can record and watch later for example I would then buy one as it would be useful to have such features in a small box😁

@Freely_Advice No ITV channels at all in London today. Able to get ITV from another region on 233 but all ITV London gone!!

@Freely_Advice my Bush tv won’t load any Chanel’s but works fine with IPlayer, YouTube, etc. getting code ETV6900 which doesn’t appear to exist! Help please. I’m in York.

@oilpainting71 @lemingaming If performance isn’t as smooth as expected, it’s often linked to connection settings or how the TV is set up, and there are usually a few quick checks that can make a noticeable difference. You can find them here: freely.co.uk/help/faqs/buff…

@lemingaming @Freely_Advice Did you manage to get it working faster? I found a similar issue on our Panasonic z95. It works but is still a little slow unresponsive to navigate.

@Freely_Advice i have a z85 panasonic with built in freely. Its too slow to browse channels and the guide. The only sensible way to see whats on at the moment is to buy a magazine and it shouldnt be like that. Is it possible to change the settings so it fully loads the guide?

@Freely_Advice hello - noticed there’s a step down in broadcast quality with channels that use 25hz instead of 50hz. Bit of judder with movement on screen and other issues. BBC channels look good, and they all use 50hz. ITV, and S4C use 25hz and look worse in comparison

@Freely_Advice I have a Google TV Streamer which is an excellent product. As I am UK based, I would like to use Freely. When will you provide an app for my device?

@ross81157 Hi, Ross. Thanks for the feedback, I'll get that passed onto the relevant team. Also, Netgem have recently released a streaming device, which includes Freely and can be connected to your existing TV.

@Freely_Advice why don’t you just make freely an app available on Apple TV etc because that device is actually good

@Freely_Advice I am unable to get programmes just by pressing normal buttons. I am having to watch everything through IPlayer and ITVX ,I can’t even access Guide or info.
