Never buying from @FreePeople again. Sent my return 3rd March, tracking shows it was received 4th March. Now 21 April and still no refund and all head office say is we can’t process it till it’s received….this is ridiculous #companiestoavoid #freepeople

@FreePeople Disappointed with your customer service. Received an incomplete order (only half a set), paid for express delivery, and was offered either a full return or 20% off despite 50% missing. No refund on express delivery, no goodwill. Not the experience I expected.

Anyone else having ongoing refund issues with @FreePeople? Multiple returns confirmed delivered via tracking, yet no refunds issued. Customer support takes 90+ minutes, and calls dropped during the process are never returned. Curious if this is a broader issue.
