We all had to get the shots to access my grandpa, including my disabled 90 lb autoimmune riddled aunt (here), my mother and self who also have lupus and RA and my uncle whom only survived from a bone marrow transplant for rapid leukemia in the 90s. 5 of us that had to take the experimental shot to be able access my grandpa who was locked away from us should not have. I took 2 shots the 1st one being the one they pulled off the market quickly as strokes began to occur. Same here on the once not as angry. Mine was that I didn’t have space to investigate as we were mandated to comply to be able to access my grandpa and aunt. I had to turn off my naturally inquisitive investigative mind to be able to help, but I remember questioning why TF we were being told we couldn’t say it was from China and even worse why yrs later we hadn’t gone after China for retribution.
When I discovered Fauci was the same doctor based on Dallas Buyers Club, it all began to come into focus. I mentioned to my ex years ago the idea that big pharma was losing credibility and LOTS of money since the opiate crisis, so what better way of getting back in the general pop’s graces and finances than to have to “saved” the world with the COVID vaccine….. Turns out I was right.

Confession: I’m not as hardcore angry as some people are over COVID. Or I wasn’t anyways, for a while.
To me it was always this weird thing that came out of nowhere and judging peoples’ reactions to it or, worse, assuming their motives, struck me as slightly disingenuous.
The problem for me came when the evidence that COVID wasn’t a mass extinction event started piling up, yet our policies remained the same.
At that point I knew that these policies, guided by Fauci and Weingarten and others, were not aimed at our comfort or safety but rather remained in place because they both satisfied massive egos and were politically advantageous to Democrats.
And from then on I viewed every bit of suffering as almost entirely preventable, and I’ve never been able to forgive the people who let it, nay willed it, to happen.
My anger is in no way satiated by the fact that not only are these people walking freely among us, but they’re even celebrated as heroes by half the country.
It is amazing, yet not surprising, that for all the left’s protestations about “injustice” they purposely overlook, even celebrate, the most egregious abuse of power in my lifetime.
I have resigned myself to the fact that nothing will happen to these people in terms of facing justice.
Not in this life anyways.
As for the next one, well, good luck pleading the Fifth buddy.

We had just put him in assisted living that Jan and by March we were locked out 😡 The director of the facility held a faculty party at her home where most got Covid, but we, HIS family, that were isolating and going nowhere couldn’t access him. We fought to get the TX law passed for a family member to be able to access their loved ones. For a couple of yrs, I had to take my temp at the front desk with sign in and had to wear a mask at all times. While in isolation his health digressed rapidly. My grandpa always instilled in us SMALL govt and yrs like this are why.

This is what I did during the Covid lockdowns. I sat in a lawn chair on Main Street, day drinking, and waving at the people driving by. They say it brought hope to my community. I don’t know about all that, I was just fighting the depression of isolation.

While watering the garden, another neighbor jogged over to introduce herself and have a chat. Met her sons, was invited to her Church event on Saturday and then on to an event in Amarillo. Gave me all the inside info to get employed at the right places.
I am rich tonight. Again, an American friend came by to make my life richer in goodwill, friendship and camaraderie.
Blessed beyond words.
