@FreeviewAdvice Hi, for the last four days my Freeview TV reception has varied between NO SIGNAL and something of a picture on all channels but with massive pixelation and choppy sound, I currently have no signal. My postcode is WR8 0SJ I am on the Malvern transmitter.

@FreeviewTV @FreeviewAdvice @FreeviewHD what the heck is going on with Crystal Palace transmitter? Since December the signal has been worse than patchy. Lost channel 26 all together tonight, so no BBC channels.

@FreeviewAdvice your app has channels in a different order to my TV, so when a reminder tells me something is on BBC3 it says channel23, but BBC3 is on channel 10 on my tv…?!?

@FreeviewAdvice @FreeviewTV your transmitters are rubbis, no signal message on my to on all channels & different times of the day for the past 4 days in Kent me8 area. This is getting beyond a jok. Never had this problem with analog unless there was a thunder storm.

@FreeviewAdvice Almost daily have to retune as lose HD channels. This evening was done to 99, retuned AGAIN to 176 and then reception on some was DIRE. What you doing Freeview? Whats up with the Crystal Palace transmitter today and recently? |It's becoming a total PAIN.

@BrabrookDerek If it varies depending on the time of day, it could be something that's causing interference. I'd recommend checking with Restore TV if you haven't done so already to see if there's potential interference from phone masts. You can find them at restoretv.uk/contact-us/
