Tall order for any issuer to try to work around
There is a lot of protections we have between the market and jurisprudence
How this ends?
I do not think the Fed will be around anymore for us to even worry about it.

@Friddlemydidle @rexjonesnewz Yeah, if you kill someone in a questionable self defense case you do have to present an argument to the jury that you had a reasonable fear for death or serious bodily harm.

@jcmustian @rexjonesnewz I don’t have to make that argument to anyone. If you don’t think a single punch can kill a man, I’m going to assume you have never trained, been in a fight or gone to war.

@Friddlemydidle @rexjonesnewz You have to make that argument to a jury. If there's a big size or skill discrepancy, you have a good argument. If not...you're taking a massive risk.
