Deaths from traffic crashes are an epidemic in this city.
We must make our streets safer in Louisville. That requires us to change the design of streets to slow car travel speeds.
We need faster change.

I pretty often drive through this part of Broadway. A few days ago, I stopped for two people who had turned on the flashing crosswalk. But there were around 6-7 drivers ahead of me who didn't stop for the flashing lights. It's very challenging to cross even with the crosswalk.
