The Ohio Senate has nothing better to do than seek protections for a fake flag. I would think that Ohio ranking 34th in healthcare and 41st in environment protections, and 39th in economy would be more important issues 

@ggreenwald @btselem you don’t understand “actual malice”. It does not mean “real hatred”. It simply means a reckless disregard for the truth, much lower standard than deliberate calumny.

It would actually be interesting if these Israel fanatics sued. They'd have to argue to a judge, then a jury, that the Sulzberger family and Kristof (whose father was in a Nazi concentration camp) hate Jews and thus acted with actual malice. It would also give full discovery to determine if the claims are true. Do it! In pro-Israel discourse, this claim can never be proven because all sources critical of Israel are inherently biased, unreliable and anti-Semitic.
