We are devastated to share that 11-year-old Nesia Karadi has died from injuries sustained in the Iranian missile strike on the eve of Passover.
After a long and difficult fight, she succumbed to her wounds.

Along with Lidor, 4 other IDF soldiers were wounded.

בשם מערכת הביטחון כולה אני מרכין ראש בצער עמוק על נפילתו של רס"ב במילואים ברק כלפון ז"ל, לוחם צנחנים בחטיבה 226, שנפל בקרב בדרום לבנון.
ברק היה לוחם אמיץ ומסור ואיש משפחה למופת. בעשייתו האזרחית כמהנדס ברפא"ל תרם תרומה משמעותית לביטחון מדינת ישראל, ושילב בין מחויבות מקצועית מהשורה הראשונה לבין שירות מילואים משמעותי ורב שנים למען הגנת המדינה.
אני שולח תנחומים מעומק הלב למשפחתו בשעה קשה זו ומבקש לחבק אותם.
לצד האובדן הכבד, אני מבקש לחזק את לוחמינו שנפצעו בתקרית ולהתפלל לשלומם ולהחלמתם המהירה.
