i think im mad? i feel like by sheer force of virtue and determination and love, built a thing to let weirdos be weird, and incurred a huge amount of social hate and pressure while doing this but pushed through anyway, and now we have a bubble of happy people being weird, and we're getting hate because 'oh no people might see you guys having a good time and then feel like they have to be weird to join you'. like idk. i am mad. fuck everyone else, i had to conquer so much shame and do a hard vulnerable thing in order to build something tender and it's *good* that it's good! I already put tons of disclaimers on things and have actively been asking other people to build their own good things so that people have more choices! But I really refuse to be cowed by the accusation that oh no maybe your happy shamelessness is bad actually. Other people are adults. Go build your own wonderful thing, i'm begging you.
