Presumably designed with the word "cartoon" in mind to make the word imply a being a parody of oneself or someone else. Thats the way I see it used.

Ofc, but sadly not every community gets the “Minority shield”. How far can the envelope be pushed? Calling out the trans community for having these problems significantly more than other communities isn’t transphobic yet a lot of trans folks love throwing this word around. Eventually, everyone will be tired and discussion will simply no longer be an option for a lot of people who are already iffy about y’all. I’m not saying it’s an ultimatum but I’m worried people who actually transitioned for identity reasons will be mislabeled because of the amount of retards infecting the circle. This is what happened to the political side of the right, you get immediately called a Trumper when you don’t share a leftist’s opinion. I sincerely believe it’s time for the trans community to lock tf in and start actually doing things towards improving its representation, reputation and public perception, otherwise, nothing will change. It all starts with accountability and recognizing the problems plaguing it.

I don’t really use the media as my source personally. I go off by personal experience and wow what a surprise, I see a tremendous amount of MtF. Again I might be completely off field but my previous experiences with the trans community was never good. When issues are pointed out, I’m generally met with antagonistic responses and a denial of said issues such as the sexualization/fetishization of women, the overuse of the “victim card”, the grooming issues, etc. I’d be completely fine with trans folks if they held each other accountable and actually shunned away the people who make the whole thing look terrible. Sadly, all I see is “our community is oppressed so let’s gather all the puppygirls and band against the evil Nazis!” I can tell you’re a good person and I thank you for having a reasonable and respectful discussion so far ✌️ I highly appreciate it

My take on it (and against I am biased so take it as you will) is that porn is a major factor when it comes to gendered fetishes/identities, ESPECIALLY femboys and MtFs. Ofc it doesn’t apply to all of them but if transgenderism was really caused by body or gender dysphoria, you’d see significantly more women than men transitioning
