You're asking for something that is simply not possible, though. You're saying you want women to be 'as protected' as men, essentially. I'm saying that they already are, but you cannot change biology. We've guilt many structures of society around protecting women. The ability to call a man with a gun and deadly force capable within ~5 minutes of something going wrong is wholly unique to this time period of life. Women are weaker than men by a wide margin. So bad acting men, will very rarely 'fail' in their mission to do something bad to a woman - unless another man is there to stop it. That's reality and we cannot change that. What we can change is the approach of men who think it's okay AND the approach of telling women that behind every door and in every shadow there is a man waiting to rape her.
