Did you know... ...that the @NASAArtemis II Moon rocket is 322 feet tall? That’s just a few yards shy of the length of a football field. Bet you thought we were going to say something else about #SBLX. 😉

For those that don't know, Suni Williams is one of the most accomplished astronauts in history. I felt very fortunate to meet her at the Crew 1 launch in late 2020. She was selected in 1998, spent more than 600 days in space, commanded Expedition 33, completed nine spacewalks totaling over 60 hours, and flew missions on the Space Shuttle, Soyuz, Starliner, and Dragon spacecraft. Flying on four different spacecraft is very much worth emphasizing! She became the first woman to pilot a new orbital spacecraft and was both the first person to run a marathon and complete a triathlon in space. Her mission on Expedition 74 reflects decades of experience, trust, and leadership at the highest level. Thank you, Suni, for setting the gold standard for human spaceflight and inspiring everyone who follows.

.@NASA astronaut Suni Williams retires after 27 years, effective Dec. 27, 2025. Williams completed three missions aboard the International Space Station, setting numerous human spaceflight records. More... go.nasa.gov/49R1cPi

Skyfall - six scout helicopters to Mars, to explore landing sites for the first Martian astronauts. Very cool idea! @NASA @aerovironment prnewswire.com/news-releases/…

We made history with Ingenuity, the first powered flight on another planet. Now, we’re ready to do it again. Introducing Skyfall: a potential future Mars mission concept developed with @NASAJPL for next-gen Mars Helicopters to help explore resources, scout potential landing sites, and pave the way for America’s first Martian astronauts.

Who ever thought a pair of spacecraft launched in the ’70s would end up with a Twitter account? We're signing off here, but our mission continues. (Fingers crossed for 50 years!) Thanks for being part of this remarkable story. Stay curious. Stay kind. Stay inspired. 💫 -V1&2

Our Saturn encounters occurred nine months apart, in November 1980 and August 1981. Some of the greatest surprises were found in the planet's rings, like this pic V2 took from a distance of 8.9 million km (5.5 million mi). Explore more: science.nasa.gov/mission/voyage…

When human explorers make it to Mars, they'll likely thank MOXIE for the oxygen they breathe and use for fuel. NASA sent several precursor tech demos with me, including MOXIE, which proved it's possible to extract this critical resource from Mars’ thin, CO2-rich atmosphere.
