@onscreenlol @RazvanCris7064 thank you onscreen!

@bardozVAL @RazvanCris7064 Watched the whole thing, awesome video. The amount of incorrect shit that keeps spreading because people are using AI as sources of facts to make videos is annoying. People like you are an absolute gem to the gaming community for videos like this, thank you for making it.
English

people asked me about this video from @RazvanCris7064 so I recorded a reaction to it to give my opinion on the matter.
tl;dr 8000hz is still better if your setup can handle it.

@iamcs2kitchen I think I will just use g code to use my 3d printer to test the same path and see if I can get a sufficiently stable result (I mean, my 3d printer should be VERY accurate) to actually quantify stuff now. People just won’t accept the purely theoretical reasoning, understandably
English

@bardozVAL Great video, glad to see you are looking at the dpi to the noise relationship with more detail now
English

if you found my previous video too dense and technical, you WON'T like this

are you playing dumb? you can't understand what my analogy was meant to convey? let me spell it out
some things don't have a single one-size-fits-all answer, you need to know the details of the situation
scenario A: person with iron deficiency
scenario B: person with surplus of iron
if we used your broken logic, you think that there's a single answer to "should I take an iron supplement?", when it's obvious that one first has to follow a diagnostic procedure to figure out the answer
same way I can't just say "use 8khz" if it causes stutters for you, or if your mouse poorly implements it, or if it causes frame drops the entity of which is greater than any possible gains
but you just can't understand nuance can you? you want the black and white? and if I explain the nuance, it's because I am self centered? what a world we live in
English

@bardozVAL @iamcs2kitchen daily and you are good.

Saw @bardozVAL video regarding the mouse debacle.
He explained this quite well "windows UI and games will process input differently". I usually just stick to CS2 but now looking at some famous tech youtubers it might be time to demonstrate real data with actual proofs.

English

I think you don't understand that some things require nuance, you can't just enforce the social media 1-shot black/white information onto everything, it's like asking a doctor "should I supplement vitamin D or not?" and if he explains you need to do blood tests, the side effects etc. you go like "dude just yes or no"
English

@bardozVAL @iamcs2kitchen The question at hand is not the totality of tech that lead us to the 8k vs 4k.
It's just 8k vs 4k .
And we don't need to know the history of the chip , where the Nordic chip was born did he come from a good family.
A professional needs to know 8k or 4k.
If donk asked you
English

@ValorantBits @iamcs2kitchen sure, find me a comprehensive 8min vid that explains the totality of quantum mechanics, go ahead. what part of my video did you even find hard to understand? I really am curious because I don't think ANY part of it was particularly complex
English

@bardozVAL @iamcs2kitchen "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough" Albert Einstein
Someday you will figure it out
Quantum mechanics can be explained simply I am sure mouse polling is a simple topic.
The self importance is a such a bad trait.
English

@ValorantBits @iamcs2kitchen maybe realize that some things can't be explained in 8 mins? you think any concept no matter its complexity can be made into short form adhd-friendly content? what type of take is this?
English

@iamcs2kitchen @bardozVAL Bardoz comes off really bad in that 45 min video he made.
Where is his lazy ass making a short on point 8 min video of his take instead of yapping 45 min about another guy.
I would suggest just making something without ever mentioning any other YouTuber just let your work speak
English

@ArsenijBip65525 This is the one I started with. I think elegoo has some cool ones too. The microcontroller you end up using isn’t that important (nano or whatever) since you won’t be doing a specific project for which you need specific GPIO

English

@bardozVAL Should I start with an Arduino Nano? Our kit costs 40 euros, I think it's worth it for understanding electronics and code.
English

@ArsenijBip65525 yep, I started with the arduino kit. Then esp32, then stm32 (much more complicated), then nordic. Seeed studio has amazing stuff that’s super fun
English

@bardozVAL Where to start with electronics? Buy an Arduino?
English

reviewed a reasonably priced peripheral for once in my life, Titan Army P2712V (4k 160hz / 1080p 320hz)
I also tried to follow a script + record a bit more B-roll, hopefully it feels a bit higher quality than my usual videos!

@itssnoozy it’s the only fps game I’ve felt like playing recently, maybe it’s still the honeymoon phase, we’ll see
English

@anchorfps they fit a very similar spot in my pad roster I’d say. I prefer the pd170 because of the base and stitchless edges currently. But the ninja (v2) is amazing too, it just has a hard time sticking to my desk. I’d say the friction profiles are similar
English

@soni_eldian mmm tracer I understand but genji isn’t an aim based character right? I haven’t tried it yet
English

@BalvarineFPS ah ok, so I am not completely insane? hah. I tried just googling / prosettings etc. and it seemed everyone is in the ~30-40cm range
