TL;DR of the "bardpill" (static aiming training method): 1. learn aiming like you would learn a musical instrument - master the technique slowly at first 2. flick fast but take your time on the correction 3. restart if you miss in the first 10 secs 4. restart on 4th miss GL!

I think currently the world is heavily rewarding having more of an entrepreneurial/risk-taking mindset, so the best engineers that are willing to put in the effort (and learn English properly…) to get noticed by US companies or high profile European companies easily clear 100k. I’ve met at least 15 engineers locally here in Sardinia that made €100k+ working remotely

Crazy number. However I believe there is a huge pool of talents in the EU who are ready to work hard, have quite some skills but due to very limited number of opportunities - stuck with getting the EU salaries. Like in your case, a guy from Italy working for German market is easily getting 2x. Already an amazing deal for him. But getting higher than it is only possible on the us market

In Italy the typical/average would be even lower, probably sub 40k, but with a very skewed distribution. The people who you’d want to hire for a high profile project like openclaw would realistically cost as much as @steipete said even if hired in Europe, very high level talent is competing on a global market where salaries aren’t as grounded by geography in my experience.

@bardozVAL @steipete @jainextwt Correct, the same for Germany. But would you say that a typical offer in Italy is 80k? I think a typical offer there is around 45k but here I am more guessing than knowing.

Overwatch is cancer Apex has an aim assist problem CS you die to people before you see them Val abilities are a mess R6 you get tapped through walls The Finals has the Heavy class Fortnite you build a house before shooting Yet people wonder why I find aim training the most fun.

When giving a prompt to an LLM, make sure and say "make no mistakes". Otherwise the LLM is free to make mistakes.

@FreshReviewsYT agreed honestly, but for pads like the PD170, I fully understand the shilling it's just that good and consistent

I’ve seen some of the most blatant mouse pad glazing recently - some people will truly suck the corn off the cob for a freebie

Have you ever felt a big difference in "aiming feel" between two mice, that you couldn't fully justify w/ just the shape or DPI deviation? THIS might be the reason. You might not be accounting for how the sensor position relative to your wrist differs between the two. But on FMM, you can now convert your sensitivity across games AND mice! findmymouse.com/convert I've explained before that when I got my original world records in 2020/2021 for static aiming, I thought that a lower sensor position on some mice was a big reason for it, as I could have lower-sensitivity micro corrections while maintaining a higher cm/360 for the large arm swipes. I've also explained it before when analyzing Donk's grip here: youtube.com/watch?v=N0YcIA… The difference can be MASSIVE. Assuming you grip the GPX2 and ATK F1 Extreme the same way, here's an example (taken straight from the converter) of how large the difference is (check the video!). 3.7@800 dpi in OW2 w/ the F1 feels the same as 3.33@800 dpi on the GPX2 X2 when using your wrist. If you want to maintain a CONSISTENT wrist feel, then you need to adjust the sensitivity around this when changing mice. The cm/360 WILL differ, so your arm sensitivity, which we can consider to be purely "translational", will be different, but I think that most of what we "feel" is actually how the mouse responds to wrist movements when flicking or micro correcting. Let me know what y'all think and if you find this useful! The feature might be a bit complex at first, but hopefully it's understandable. BONUS POINT, I also added a little table that highlights if your given sens in-game at your DPI will incur in pixel skipping, so you can decide to increase DPI at your resolution/sensitivity, which I've also talked about many times before. Stay tuned as I have a ton more cool stuff coming for FMM!

@bardozVAL Ah, interesting So it only shows up red if its too low Would you be open to adding a slight modification to make it green if no changes are needed Should be a better visual indicator and would avoid confusion for other people in the future

I just wanna say this is one of the most innovative projects I have seen in this space. We get a rare combination of a guy with rank 1 aim + actual understanding of hardware.
